When people come into our care, a new chapter opens, and we’re here to make sure life is fully lived. It can feel like a lot to live up to. But we’ve proud of a culture where people come first. Where everyday superheroes make an extraordinary difference.
So, where do you see yourself?
We need like-minded people to support our residents to live a fulfilled life and to ensure the smooth running of our care homes. We have a variety of roles available at all of our homes and we’d love to speak to anyone who is looking for a career in care.

Care
You’ll make a real difference to the lives of our residents. Our carers support residents on a daily basis, from personal care, helping with meals and encouraging social activities. It’s a role that is varied each and every day.
Catering
Your unique story has made you who you are today. Through our storytelling program, My Life Story, you can share your unique perspective and valuable wisdom
Activities
Our activities teams bring joy and vitality to our care homes. From arts and crafts to outings and social events, they create opportunities for our residents to connect, explore, and enjoy life to the fullest.

No need to be nervous, the interview stage is for us to find out a little bit more about your experience and why you think you’ll be a good fit to join the team at Holy Care.
The Offer
Congratulations, you’ve been offered a job at HolyCare! If you accept (which we hope you will) this is the part where you’ll be given all the information you need to know about your new role, including contracts and salary, as well as your start date.
First Day
The first day at a new job is always a little scary. But don’t worry, your manager will be on hand to show you the ropes and answer any questions you may have. Your HolyCare journey has officially begun!
